Chipotle Brownies

Best Gluten-free Brownie Winner 2008



3/4 Cup Tapioca Starch
1/4 Cup White Rice flour
1/4 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Applesauce
1 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
3/4 Teaspoon Ground Chipotle
1/4 Cup Golden Flax Seed Meal
3/4 Cup Water

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 9 X 13 pan.

Sift the rice flour, tapioca starch, cinnamon, chipotle, and cocoa powder.
Add the remaining ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour into pan and bake for 35 to 40 Minutes.
